What you will do:

As a Neuro­surgical Team Sales Representative, you will partner with your Sales Representative to strategically promote and sell Stryker NS products to meet our customers’ needs. You will conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings, persuasively demonstrating the value of our products. You will systematically track your territory progress, proactively communicate wins with your Regional Manager, and strive to exceed goals. On site with clients, you will use product knowledge to solve problems and inform doctors, nurses and staff on proper use and maintenance of our products. You will provide excellent service and be prepared to assist customers whenever needed. As a Sales Representative, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and find purpose in selling Stryker products that are making healthcare better.

What you need:

2+ years in an applicable Sales or Marketing position (medical device preferred) or a Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited University (with 2+ years of med device sales experience preferred).

Travel requirement:

Approximately 20% travel. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive an automobile.

Physical requirements:

Medium work: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

Coordination of eye, hand and foot movement with ability to grasp and meet cognitive demands, including visual and auditory discrimination, memory, reading ability and memory retention.

Mental requirements:

Exercise discretion and independence when applying professional expertise.

Must be able to manage time, projects, stress and conflict.

Must possess strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication.

Must be able to bring tasks through to completion with minimal supervision.

Must have the ability to prioritize work and keep detailed and confidential records.

Must be able to communicate and present to large groups of people.

Must possess unwavering ethics and integrity in a competitive and demanding work environment.
