Speech-Language Pathologist - Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF)
Are you a recent or soon-to-be graduate passionate about helping children find their voice? National Therapy Center offers a Clinical Fellowship experience that is personal, purposeful, and built around your success. You will be paired with a seasoned SLP supervisor, gain practical experience across school, clinic, and community settings, receive weekly supervision, and join a team that values learning and collaboration. What Your Role Will Be
Deliver engaging speech and language therapy sessions tailored to each child\'s needs Conduct assessments under supervision and contribute to evaluation reports Collaborate with families, caregivers, and fellow professionals to support communication goals Participate in supervision meetings and professional development opportunities Complete all required documentation, including SOAP notes, within agency timelines Manage your weekly schedule to maintain a minimum of 25 billable client hours Meet ASHA Clinical Fellowship requirements and work toward independent licensure What We\'re Looking For
Graduate with a master\'s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Eligibility to begin the Clinical Fellowship as required by ASHA Active or pending licensure in Washington, DC, and/or Maryland Passion for working with children and a drive to grow as a clinician Professional communication, organization, and a team-first mindset Full-Time Employee Benefits Include
