As a critical member of our customer service team, you will: Deliver high-quality customer service that exceeds expectations. Engage with customers in-store and over the phone to determine their needs. Establish trusting relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Accurately process sales transactions according to company policies. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals through targeted efforts. Maintain organized work order files and product formulas. Prepare products by mixing and tinting as per customer specifications. Manage product displays and keep the store clean and well-stocked. Assist in deliveries and loading/unloading trucks as needed. Stay informed about product offerings to provide informed recommendations. Contribute ideas to improve store sales and customer experience. This position requires a review of criminal history to maintain a safe environment for customers and employees. You will work at Store #2572, located at 3148 Hillsborough Rd, Durham, NC, 27705, and it involves full-time hours of up to 40 per week, with a starting salary of $17.50. Authorization to work in the country without sponsorship. Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English and Spanish. A valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Able to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs regularly and 70 lbs occasionally, with or without accommodation. Flexible to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in retail or customer service. Experience in selling paint and related products.
