Join our team as a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative, where you will play a crucial role in assisting our wholesale and retail customers with their needs. Your mission will be to provide exceptional service, respond to inquiries about our wide range of Sherwin-Williams products, and offer the best solutions tailored to our customers' requirements.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering excellent sales service.
Assist customers in person and over the phone by identifying their needs and presenting suitable products.
Build strong, trusting relationships with our wholesale and retail customers.
Accurately process sales transactions in alignment with company policies.
Meet and strive to exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Maintain organized work order files and formulations.
Retrieve products from the sales floor and warehouse as needed.
Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications.
Stock shelves and set up attractive displays.
Maintain store equipment cleanliness and help with deliveries when required.
Keep assigned areas in-stock and visually appealing.
Stay informed about product offerings and discuss available options with customers.
Follow inventory control procedures and suggest improvements for sales.
This position may involve working with customers of all ages and requires access to cash and relevant store equipment. Therefore, a background check will be conducted to ensure a safe environment for our customers and team.
The successful candidate will work at locations within a 10-mile radius of Store #701818, situated at: 2362 Ardmore Blvd, Pittsburgh, PA 15221.

Minimum Requirements:
At least 18 years old.
Legal authorization to work in the country without sponsorship.
Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English and Spanish.
Valid driver's license.
Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally with or without accommodation.
Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED.
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service, retail, or delivery role.
Experience selling paint and paint products.
Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment.
