The Opportunity
As an Optometrist in our practice, you'll work alongside board-certified ophthalmologists, gaining access to state-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment technologies. This position offers a unique blend of autonomy and collaboration—ideal for an optometrist who wants to grow clinically, work in a multidisciplinary setting, and make a real impact in patients' lives. Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive eye exams and medical optometry evaluations. Diagnose and manage ocular disease, including glaucoma, dry eye, macular degeneration, and diabetic eye disease. Provide pre- and post-operative care for surgical patients. Collaborate closely with ophthalmologist and other team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Educate patients on eye health, preventative care, and treatment plans. Qualifications
Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution. Active state license (or eligibility for licensure). Strong clinical skills in medical optometry and ocular disease management. Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills. Team-oriented mindset with a passion for patient-centered care. Prior experience in a medical or surgical eye care setting preferred (but new grads are welcome to apply). What We Offer
