Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with VP to C-suite revenue leaders, guiding them through Gong transformation and ensuring long-term success, including their customersulfillment journey. Lead high-level, consultative discussions with customers to uncover revenue challenges and opportunities, leveraging Gong platform and solutions to transform revenue operations. Use Gong’s maturity model to assess gaps in customers revenue operations, then design customized, long-term roadmaps to achieve revenue objectives. Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Product, Marketing, and other internal teams to align customer needs with Gong’s strategic objectives and ensure cross-functional support. Create, execute, and optimize long-term strategic plans for each customer, focusing on measurable ROI from Gong’s solutions. Work with client executives to align on revenue goals and position Gong as central to long-term growth strategy. Engage multi-stakeholder buy-in across client organizations at each stage of the transformation process. Foster growth in large accounts and focus on retaining and expanding multi-million-dollar deals to help Gong meet annual revenue targets. Qualifications
5+ years of experience in consulting or leading strategic functions, with emphasis on enterprise or Fortune 2000 companies. Experience in functions such as revenue operations, customer success, senior technical divisions, or other areas where Gong usage demonstrated measurable business impact. Exceptional ability to communicate with and build relationships with C-suite, VP, and senior leaders. Experience in consultative sales, business transformation, and driving long-term customer success and ROI. Familiarity with revenue operations, sales technology platforms, and understanding of challenges faced by sales and revenue teams. Ability to work cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, and other teams to align customer strategies with Gong’s solutions. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and projects while maintaining high customer satisfaction. The annual salary for this position is $153,000 - $227,000 USD. Compensation is based on factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and location. The total package may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits. Some sales compensation programs offer potential to exceed targeted earnings for those who exceed targets. Notice
