Executive Director – Assisted Living / Memory Care

$95,000 – $135,000 annual base salary (depending on experience and community size) + bonus potential About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a respected assisted living and memory care provider seeking a proven

Executive Director

to lead operations, team performance, and resident experience. The ideal candidate has a track record of success in senior living or healthcare management, thrives on accountability, and creates a culture where both residents and employees flourish. Key Responsibilities

Direct overall community operations — clinical, financial, and service excellence. Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations. Drive occupancy and revenue growth through exceptional customer service and reputation management. Lead, mentor, and evaluate department heads (Wellness, Activities, Dining, Maintenance, et al.). Oversee budgeting, staffing, and quality assurance processes. Represent the community with families, referral partners, and regulators. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (required). LNHA (Licensed Nursing Home Administrator)

or eligibility preferred. Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience in senior living, long-term care, or healthcare management. Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and achieve operational goals. Why Join Us
