Provide safe, effective, and prompt medication therapy to patients Review infusion treatment plans for appropriateness and proper dosing Conduct pharmacokinetic drug monitoring and dose adjustments Coordinate care with financial assistance teams for infusion therapy authorization Collaborate with clinical pharmacy specialists and precept pharmacy students Qualifications
Graduate of an ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy with a Doctor of Pharmacy or BS Pharmacy Degree Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY-1 residency and/or at least 3 years of applicable experience Certification as a licensed Registered Pharmacist by the State of Arkansas, or eligibility for licensure Preferred Qualifications
