We are currently expanding our program and are seeking a board-certified/board eligible Urology Oncologist to join the institute. Principle Responsibilities

Clinical Responsibilities: Conducts patient consultations and assessments; educates patients and families regarding urologic cancers and treatment options. Diagnoses and treats cancers of the urinary tract and male reproductive organs, including bladder, prostate, kidney, testicular cancer, penile cancer, and other therapeutic approaches. Prescribes and administers treatments, including certain chemotherapy/immunotherapy, hormonal therapies, and targeted therapies; monitors patient progress and adjusts treatment plans as necessary. Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team including general surgical oncologists, medical oncologists, urologists, general surgeons, and primary care physicians. Facilitates patient access to medical care through referrals; Foster collaborative relationships with referring providers to ensure optimal patient care. Engages in continuous professional development to stay current with advancements in the field and participates in clinical trials and research initiatives as deemed appropriate. Contributes to the development of clinical guidelines and best practices through committee involvement and quality/improvement efforts. Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications

MD or DO degree from an approved school of medicine or foreign equivalent Completion of urology residency and board eligible/board certified in Urology Completed an SUO or other accredited fellowship/advanced training in Urologic Oncology Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Epic Electronic Medical Record Robotic training and experience Licenses/Certifications

Licensed Physician - MN Board of Medical Practice required upon hire One of the following: BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) or Allina in-house BLS training (within 90 days of hire) Drug Enforcement Agency Certificate required upon hire Prescription Monitoring Program required upon hire National Provider Identifier required upon hire Physical Demands

Medium Work: lifting weight up to 32 lbs occasionally (Allina Safe Patient Moving Policy); up to 25 lbs frequently Pay Range

Pay Range: $522,496 to $549,994 per year. The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Benefits Summary
