The RN Nurse Manager – Labor & Delivery / Mother Baby Unit provides strategic and operational leadership for the department, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, and compassionate care for mothers and newborns. This role manages daily operations, staffing, and clinical standards while supporting nursing excellence, regulatory compliance, and professional development. The Nurse Manager leads with empathy and integrity, fostering a culture of teamwork, respect, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in perinatal or obstetric nursing, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to lead diverse teams in achieving outstanding clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
