Overview

Boeing is seeking a Senior Supplier Program Management Specialist in the Indirect Supply Chain (ISC) organization to join the Factory Production & Site Services (FP&SS) team in Everett, WA or Seattle, WA. This role focuses on driving supplier performance excellence and supporting critical production and site service operations across Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA). The FP&SS team procures tooling, capital equipment, automated systems, factory consumables, construction, and site services, primarily supporting internal BCA partners. Onsite support at Boeing locations, particularly Everett and Renton, is required. Position Responsibilities

Provide technical and business guidance to align and integrate strategic supply chain activities Lead stakeholder relationships and manage supplier performance throughout all contract phases Conduct supplier assessments and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned suppliers Develop and maintain current and projected work statements Oversee supplier cost recovery efforts and lead the development and implementation of corrective and preventive action plans Communicate supplier and organizational performance risks, issues and opportunities to key stakeholders Execute work movement plans and support strategic supplier transitions as required Manage supplier performance related to technical, business, product delivery, quality, and in-service support Establish operating plans to monitor supplier performance, contractual compliance, and alignment with company procurement strategies Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

5+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with senior executives, customers, stakeholders, peers, and business partners 5+ years of experience in supplier management and/or supply chain management and/or contracts 5+ years of experience in project management Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

5+ years of experience mentoring, coaching, and consulting on best practices 5+ years of experience managing supplier performance and developing/implementing performance improvement plans 5+ years of experience with data analytics Experience with/knowledge of capital equipment and/or automated systems Additional Information
