Supply Base Management Specialist (Expert) - Support for Boeing Global Services (BGS) Supplier Management Risk Commercial Compliance team in Seattle, WA or Everett, WA. The role leads and manages special projects within BGS Supplier Management Commercial, aligning with customer, program, and commodity strategies. Develops and executes project plans, drives cost-saving and improvement initiatives, and delivers strategic insights to senior leadership. Responsibilities
Coordinate and lead the Top 21 Customer process for BGS Commercial Supplier Management Develop and project manage special projects across BGS Commercial Supplier Management Identify risks, opportunities, and issues for executive consideration and decisions Initiate and lead continuous improvement of business processes and tools Act as primary point of contact for suppliers, customers, and programs Analyze supplier and business processes to identify improvement opportunities to inform contracting strategies Communicate supplier and organizational performance plans, risks, issues, and opportunities to senior leaders Basic Qualifications (Required)
Excellent written/verbal communication skills 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain processes 10+ years of experience in Project Management 10+ years of experience engaging in senior level communication including presentation development and report outs 5+ years of experience in performing data analysis 10+ years of experience coordinating projects across multiple businesses and globally distributed teams Preferred Qualifications (Desired)
Master’s degree or higher in business, supply chain, or a related field Experience with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices Experience applying metrics to measure project performance and delivery quality Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) Applications for this position will be accepted until Oct. 17, 2025.
