Key Responsibilities: Manage the relationship with the company’s travel management company. Develop, implement, and maintain company travel policies and procedures. Oversee the planning and booking of travel arrangements for employees including flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services. Negotiate rates with airlines, hotels, and car rental companies. Monitor travel expenses, analyze data and identify opportunities for cost savings. Ensure compliance with company travel policies. Provide travel support and guidance to employees. Manage relationships with travel suppliers. Address and resolve any travel-related issues or emergencies promptly and efficiently. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, addressing their travel needs and concerns effectively. Requirements and Skills: Proven experience as a travel manager, travel coordinator or similar role. Extensive knowledge of corporate travel management, travel policies and industry practices. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in travel booking systems, software, and travel management platforms. Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. Attention to detail and a focus on cost-efficiency and compliance. Client’s Clean Energy Transportation (CET) organization is running the Multifamily and Small Business EV Charger Program (MSDI). The program installs Level 1 and Level 2 EV chargers at multifamily housing units and small businesses with existing panel capacity. CET is hiring a Project Coordinator to help facilitate EV charging equipment testing, hardware and software fixes, and administration of external program funding sources. Scope of Work: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to conduct on-site EV charging equipment testing with property site hosts Track progress and outcomes of EV charging equipment testing and provide progress reports to the MSDI Program Manager Facilitate hardware and software charger fixes as needed Administer external funding applications (grants) Monitor external funding milestones and deliverables and resolve issues as they arise Timing: Through the end of 2025; could extend beyond depending on program need Minimum Qualifications: 1-3 years of project coordinator experience or similar 2-4 years of experience managing grant applications/funding BS/BA Degree or equivalent work experience Desired Qualifications: Familiarity with construction projects and reviewing code regulations Familiarity with EV charging installations and EV Service Equipment and EV Service Provider vendors Experience working with an investor-owned utility High level of organization Strong communication skills Ability to communicate complex processes to others Local California candidates and C2C note:
