The Travel Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of business travel for employees and executives, ensuring cost‑effectiveness, compliance with company policies and a smooth travel experience. Manage the relationship with the company’s travel management company. Develop, implement and maintain company travel policies and procedures. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to conduct on‑site EV charging equipment testing. Track progress and outcomes of testing and provide progress reports to the MSDI Program Manager. Proactively work with the Program Manager to facilitate hardware and software fixes. Own the administration of compiling and completing external funding applications (e.g., grants).
