We are representing a prominent organization seeking an finance leader in
Mergers and Acquisitions
to drive strategic growth through acquisitions, joint ventures, and other investments. The Managing Director will lead transaction execution, including financial modeling, due diligence, and integration planning. The role requires collaboration with senior leadership to identify strategic opportunities and manage cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deal execution. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all phases of M&A transactions, from origination and negotiation to execution and integration.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of strategic M&A opportunities aligned with organizational priorities.
Build relationships with investment banks, advisors, and executives at target companies.
Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Legal, Operations) to ensure smooth execution of deals.
Stay informed on industry trends and market conditions to inform strategy.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced certifications preferred.
Minimum 8 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or M&A leadership with a track record of successful deal sourcing and execution.
Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and legal negotiation.
Excellent communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively across teams.
Travel:
Domestic U.S. travel required.
