IAM Product Owner role at Jobs via Dice in Coral Gables, FL. The IAM Product Owner drives the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the IAM product suite, ensuring it meets security and compliance needs. Responsibilities
Product strategy and roadmap: Define and maintain the IAM product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with enterprise security and business goals.
Stakeholder liaison: Serve as primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendor partners for all IAM initiatives.
Transformation leadership: Drive IAM transformation by leading the transition from legacy systems to modern, automated solutions.
Opportunity identification: Analyze IAM landscape trends, competitive offerings, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Backlog management: Own, define, and prioritize the IAM product backlog based on strategic goals, risk reduction, and business value.
User stories: Write clear, concise, actionable user stories with acceptance criteria to guide the development team.
Release prioritization: Make informed trade-offs on feature prioritization to maximize value delivered by each release.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field is preferred.
Experience: 5+ years in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with at least 2 years in a product owner or related role.
I AM Expertise: Strong understanding of IAM concepts and technologies (SSO, MFA, user provisioning, directory services such as Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint/IIQ, IdentityNow, SecurityCloud).
Agile Methodologies: Extensive experience in an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban), including backlog management and writing user stories.
Leadership: Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Communication: Excellent oral and written communication, capable of explaining complex technical material to diverse audiences.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills.
