Overview
Missouri Baptist Medical Center is seeking a part time BC/BE OB Hospitalist to join our well established team based at Missouri Baptist Medical Center located in St. Louis, Missouri. Part-time position with a rotating schedule including weekends, weekdays, nights and holidays. Two 12-hour shifts per week, 48 hours per two week pay period. Practice limited to inpatient obstetrical care, admitting and triaging patients. Responsibilities
Manage the medical care of assigned patients. Collaborate with patients, families, and health care team to ensure excellent clinical outcomes. Perform and document histories and physicals in the patient’s medical record as required by hospital by-laws. Supervise and instruct medical students and residents; assist in the learning needs of residents and students as assessed. Inpatient obstetrical care including antepartum, labor and post-partum care of hospital patients. Qualifications
Education: Doctorate in Medicine Licenses & Certifications: Licensed Physician Experience: 2-5 years Preferred: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Obstetrics Benefits and About the Employer
