Annual Bonus Director of Supply Chain – Chatsworth, CA KDC/one is a global leader in beauty and personal care contract manufacturing, partnering with some of the most recognized brands in the industry. At our Chatsworth, CA facility, we’re seeking an experienced Director of Supply Chain to lead Purchasing, Planning, and Inventory for a large-scale operation that services approximately 80 brand partners across multiple product categories. This is a high-impact role for a proven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-SKU, multi-customer environment. What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced certifications (APICS, ISM) preferred. 8+ years of progressive supply chain leadership, including at least 3 years at the director level. Track record of success in large-scale, high-volume manufacturing or CPG environments. Experience delivering measurable cost savings, improving agility, and leading planning in complex, multi-SKU operations. ERP expertise (QAD preferred) and demonstrated ability to elevate system utilization. Strong financial, analytical, and negotiation skills. A collaborative, strategic leader who can influence across functions and represent supply chain in customer-facing settings. Why Join Us
Play a central role in scaling one of the most important supply chain operations in the KDC/one network. Lead a team managing over $120M in annual spend across raw materials and packaging. Work at the intersection of operations, innovation, and customer success with a direct line to the VPGM BBS West Coast. Join a culture that values transformation, agility, and continuous improvement. Hybrid on-site model: 4 days per week required in Year 1, with potential adjustment to 3 days per week thereafter. This opportunity is ideal for a Director of Supply Chain in a large company ready to step into a broader leadership role, or a VP of Supply Chain seeking an opportunity to lead within a small-scale organization.
