We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated HR Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including but not limited to talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and training and development. The HR Manager will collaborate with department managers and company executives to ensure that HR strategies align with business objectives and promote a positive work environment.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
Manage the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and termination processes
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
Implement and manage employee training and development programs
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
Manage and maintain HR systems and databases
Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and recommend improvements
Administer and communicate compensation and health benefits to employees
Facilitate and mediate employee-to-employee communication
Manage time-off requests for staff
Salary: $60K to $90K a year DOE
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in HR management roles
Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies, practices, and procedures
Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
