Position Highlights

• Physician-led, patient-centered team-based environment
• Provide care across the continuum, focusing on value-based care and supported by a robust team of specialists
• Procedures can include, but are not limited to: simple skin surgery, fracture care, joint injections, maternity care, IUDs, etc.
• Full-time, schedule can be 4 or 4.5 workdays per week
• Must be comfortable working with advanced providers

Required Qualifications

• Unrestricted medical licensure in Indiana or ability to obtain prior to start
• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds
• Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start

Salary range for this role is $226,000 to $366,000 per year. Salary range is defined as total cash compensation at target. Actual range and pay mix depend on experience and metrics. Pay factors include local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all applicable minimum wage laws. Additional benefits include a comprehensive benefits package, incentive programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k contributions (benefits subject to eligibility).
