: MS Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Architect Job Location
: New York City, NY / Atlanta, GA / Chicago, IL Responsibilities
Lead technical workshops with business and technology partners to gather requirements and design architecture solutions. Facilitate detailed design from requirements and support construction and deployment of solutions. Design components in a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) environment with expertise in middleware tools (preferably Mulesoft). Provide Dynamics 365 in Online and On-Premise implementations and environments, including prior versions. Architect highly available, scalable Dynamics 365 solutions; hands-on experience with C#.Net, JavaScript, MS SQL, MS CRM SDK, MSD Developer Toolkit, and SSRS. Integrate Dynamics 365 with 3rd party systems using middleware/tools and APIs (REST, OData WebAPI, SSIS). Leverage Azure services for integration (Azure Functions, Service Bus, PCF controls, Power Apps, Power Automate). Lead data migration activities (data analysis, mappings, harmonization) using OOB and third-party tools; familiarity with Azure Data Factory. Experience with reporting architectures using SSRS and Power BI; awareness of new Dynamics 365 features (e.g., Sales Insights, Customer Service Insights, Customer Voice). Manage cloud resources and security models; establish DevOps pipelines for CRM systems on cloud platforms. Guide information management strategy and deployment on cloud platforms, preferably in a web services global infrastructure. Experience in financial services/banking is desirable. Delivery and Leadership Skills
Lead technical workshops and collaborate with business/technology partners on requirements to design and develop architecture solutions. Demonstrate strong problem-solving, analytical, and independent, solution-driven thinking. Be accountable for solution delivery and provide technical leadership; lead Pre-Sales efforts and contribute to niche solutions/POCs. Advocate best practices for scalable solutions aligned with product roadmaps and upgradable customizations/implementations. Experience in Agile methodologies. Good to have Certifications

The base salary range for the tagged location is $100,000 to $130,000/year. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission.
