Overview Affinitiv is the largest provider of end-to-end, data-driven marketing and software solutions focused on the automotive customer lifecycle. We support over 6,500 dealerships and work with every major manufacturer. Reporting to the Sr. Director Client Success, the Field Performance Manager (Automotive SaaS) will develop close relationships with a portfolio of clients, educate clients on our product suite, and identify opportunities for growth. Position requires 80% travel. Location required – Northern California.
Responsibilities
Drive Affinitiv and dealer initiatives to drive engagement and growth within the assigned book of business.
Act as the lead point of contact for all matters related to the book of business and escalate issues as needed.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key decision makers and expand product use.
Ensure successful delivery of software solutions aligned with client needs and objectives.
Conduct training and effectively communicate product knowledge.
Forecast and track key account metrics for clients and management.
Identify and grow opportunities within the territory and collaborate with sales to achieve growth.
Assist with high-severity requests or issues and provide swift solutions or escalate appropriately.
Track and submit expenses accurately; document with detail and enter in Concur for review.
Maintain client in-store visit schedules according to account SLAs.
Meet or exceed client retention goals, product usage objectives, and satisfaction surveys.
Requirements
5 years of experience managing a SaaS product in automotive.
Proven account management or relevant experience in Fixed Ops.
Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly at all levels of an organization.
Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills; strong verbal and written communication.
Dependable safe transportation in accordance with state laws; valid driver's license, ability to rent a car, and ability to take domestic flights.
Ability to incur and document travel expenses for reimbursement.
Organized and task-oriented; able to visit clients in-store Monday through Friday as required.
Base salary range: $70,000-$85,000 per year and travel requirement of 80%.
