With the growth of our iOS app (ranked #18 in the App Store productivity category) we are seeking a Senior iOS Engineer to support new user growth and work on exciting projects to push our product forward. This is a key role for someone who thinks strategically, enjoys fast-paced environments, and is passionate about delivering great user experiences. We are a flat organization that encourages leadership through technical excellence and consistent, fast delivery. Strong communication, work ethic, and a focus on winning are essential. Our interview process involves several technical interviews and aims to be completed within 1 week. What You’ll Do
Lead key engineering and product decisions Actively ship production code for the Speechify iOS app Work within a dedicated product team Participate in product discussions to shape the product roadmap Maintain and enhance the existing complex app architecture An Ideal Candidate Should Have
Experience on products that scaled to a large user base Track record of shipping products from inception to traction and responsibility for engineering the product Customer obsession with delivering the best possible experience Product thinking to guide evolution and support internal teams and designers Speed and ability to decide what can ship now vs. what needs time Focus suitable for a high-growth, remote team Technical skills in Swift and SwiftUI Technical Requirements
Swift programming language SwiftUI experience Experience in multithreading programming Working with CI/CD infrastructure Experience with Fastlane SOLID principles and writing well-structured classes Experience with Git and understanding of different Git strategies What We Offer
