With the growth of our iOS app, being the #18 productivity app in the App Store category and also our recent recognition as Apple's 2025 Design Award for inclusivity, we find the need for a Senior iOS Engineer to help us support the new user base as well as work on new and exciting projects to push our mission forward. This is a key role and ideal for someone who thinks strategically, enjoys fast‑paced environments, is passionate about making product decisions, and has experience building great user experiences that delight users. Responsibilities
Lead key engineering and product decisions Actively ship production code for the Speechify iOS app Work within a dedicated product team Participate in product discussions to shape the product roadmap Maintain and enhance the existing complex app architecture Ideal Candidate
Experience scaling products to a large user base Track record of engineering products from inception to traction Customer obsession: continuously provide the best possible experience to users Product thinking: make thoughtful decisions and support designers and internal teams Speed: ship ideas quickly and decide what can ship now versus what needs time Focus: manage priority in a high‑growth, remote team environment Technical skills: Swift, SwiftUI Technical Requirements
Swift Programming Language SwiftUI experience Multithreading programming CI/CD infrastructure Fastlane SOLID principles and architecture Git and strategy understanding What We Offer
