We are seeking a

Senior Communications Account Manager

with a strong background in

creative project management

and

multi-channel marketing campaigns . This role serves as the bridge between internal business clients and creative teams—crafting strategies, managing campaigns, and ensuring that every message aligns with brand and business goals. The ideal candidate has

8+ years in marketing communications , preferably in an

agency or in-house creative environment , and thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed corporate structure. Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of

advertising, branding, and marketing communications

projects across digital, print, social, and video channels.

Act as the

primary liaison

between client partners and creative teams (copywriters, designers, digital).

Develop

strategic communications plans

and creative briefs tied to measurable business goals.

Manage timelines, budgets, and approval workflows for creative deliverables.

Partner with corporate communications, brand, and digital teams to maintain

message consistency

and

brand integrity .

Provide strategic recommendations and reporting on campaign effectiveness.

Serve as

secondary crisis communications account manager

during storm response periods (1–2 months per year).

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in

Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, English , or related field.

Minimum

8 years of account management experience

in a

marketing communications or advertising

environment.

Experience leading

multi-channel marketing campaigns

(digital, print, video, social).

Proven ability to

write creative briefs

and provide

strategic counsel

to clients.

Proficiency in

Microsoft Office Suite

and

work management systems

(e.g., Workamajig).

Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Experience in

energy, utilities, or regulated industries

is a plus.

Familiarity with

Kanban or Agile

principles preferred.

Soft Skills

Strategic and detail-oriented communicator.

Collaborative and confident in cross-functional settings.

Self-starter who can balance multiple projects and deadlines independently.
