Lead the Rebel Fish Creative Group, Norwegian Cruise Line's in-house creative agency in the development and execution of all go-to-market brand positioning, strategic and tactical creative work for the brand and the business units throughout the company. Translate all marketing and business objectives into clear creative solutions that help build the Norwegian Cruise Line brand narrative, shifting brand perception, building awareness of products and services, influencing consumer choice and ultimately generating revenue.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the Production, Operations, Creative, Creative Copy, and International Creative teams, elevating the creative integrity and strategic impact of all campaigns and deliverables.

Cultivate a culture of creative excellence, professionalism, brand stewardship, and strong business acumen across all creative disciplines.

Partner closely with the Brand team to steward and evolve the Norwegian brand across all projects and marketing channels, ensuring creative consistency and distinction.

Manage, mentor, and develop a diverse team of designers, art directors, copywriters, project managers, and creative directors, fostering career growth, collaboration, and innovation.

Attract, recruit, and retain top‑tier creative talent, ensuring optimal team structure and resource allocation to deliver best‑in‑class work.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with senior leadership and department heads to align creative vision with business objectives, refine workflows, and drive operational excellence across high‑volume, high‑quality programs.

Champion the Rebel Fish Creative Group, proactively identifying new opportunities to expand creative influence, deliver business growth, and strengthen the agency's position within the organization.

Deliver compelling presentations that clearly articulate creative strategy, conceptual rationale, and the business value of the work to executive stakeholders and partners.

Build and nurture high‑level relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and channel owners to foster trust, alignment, and long‑term collaboration.

Plan and manage department resourcing. Provide short‑ and long‑term staffing, systems, and other recommendations to ensure Norwegian's needs are addressed efficiently and meet company and department objectives.

Provide senior‑level creative direction for development of assets with external vendors and partners including illustrators, photographers and digital agencies.

Provide oversight for all shoot‑to‑concept; architectural and food photo and video shoots that support the execution of specific integrated marketing campaigns and the development of our brand asset library.

Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS DEGREE TYPE:

Bachelor's Degree

FIELD(S) OF STUDY:

Graphic Design and/or Advertising from a Design/Fine Art Institution or equivalent combination of relevant background, work experience and higher education

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 8 years' experience managing a creative organization within a corporate or agency creative environment required.

Strong portfolio that includes direct mail, print advertising, digital design, collateral design, logos, multi‑media campaigns and video.

Fluency in current graphic design practices and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.

Experience in integrated, strategic marketing communications and brand stewardship.

COMPETENCIES & SKILLS

Ability to create superior, original strategic creative work consisting of exceptional design and copywriting.

Ability to provide creative direction for design and copy.

Proven track record leading and managing a corporate or agency creative department required.

Proven track record developing creative strategies for consumer brands which have yielded positive financial results.

Expert in design and production for print, direct mail, collateral, video, and interactive.

Excellence in motivating and managing a staff. Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Strong strategic thinking and planning skills including the ability to anticipate trends, situations or changing conditions and take appropriate action on a timely basis.

International experience and/or work with multi‑national brands.

Expert in graphic design and copywriting.
