The Client Solutions Director at VX Media is a critical leadership role at the intersection of influencer marketing, creative campaigns, and client strategy. You’ll oversee client relationships, campaign execution, and team operations, with a sharp focus on driving measurable results through influencer-driven programs. This position requires not only account leadership and project management but also deep knowledge of the influencer marketing ecosystem—including creators, platforms, campaign trends, and measurement frameworks. You’ll manage a full-time team, guiding them in delivering impactful influencer and content strategies that strengthen client brands. Base pay and compensation

Base pay range: $140,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr Additional compensation types: Annual Bonus Responsibilities

Client & Influencer Campaign Management Act as the main client lead, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships. Lead day-to-day execution of influencer campaigns—from creator sourcing and briefing to content approvals and performance reporting. Translate client objectives into actionable influencer marketing strategies and creative briefs. Oversee campaign workflows, budgets, and timelines while ensuring ROI-driven delivery. Present strategy decks, influencer campaign recaps, and insights with confidence and clarity. Represent VX Media in client-facing meetings, pitches, and industry discussions. Team & People Management Directly manage full-time employees, providing guidance on influencer campaign execution and client deliverables. Coach and develop team members through ongoing feedback, performance check-ins, and career development planning. Lead team meetings, ensuring alignment on influencer strategies, project expectations, and internal processes. Support workload management and resource planning across multiple campaigns. Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance team culture. Cross-Functional & Creator Collaboration Partner closely with strategy, creative, production, and talent teams to deliver integrated influencer programs. Coordinate with creators, managers, and external partners to secure strong campaign talent and execution. Ensure best practices in influencer contracts, compliance, and content approvals. Champion internal processes that streamline influencer onboarding, content tracking, and reporting. Strategic Leadership & Growth Identify opportunities to expand influencer campaign scopes and grow client accounts. Stay ahead of trends in influencer marketing, social platforms, and digital culture to inform strategies. Contribute to internal initiatives that enhance influencer operations, client services, and team efficiency. Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field. Experience:

7+ years in influencer marketing, social media, PR, or creative agencies. 2+ years of experience managing full-time employees. Proven success leading influencer campaigns across multiple industries (fashion, beauty, lifestyle, tech, etc.). Industry Expertise:

Strong understanding of influencer marketing workflows (creator sourcing, contracts, briefing, content reviews, performance analysis). Leadership:

Track record of leading teams and client accounts with accountability and poise. Strategic Thinking:

Ability to design influencer strategies that align with client goals and deliver measurable results. Client-Facing:

Skilled in leading client presentations, resolving concerns, and building trusted relationships. Project & Budget Management:

Experience managing campaign budgets, pacing, and resources. Tools:

Proficiency in influencer marketing platforms (e.g., CreatorIQ, Grin, Tagger), plus Canva, AirTable, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office. People Management:

Strong coaching and feedback skills to nurture team development. Growth-Oriented:
