The Zscaler Sales and Go-to-Market team includes Sales, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Solution Architects, Business Development, Transformation, and Technology Partnerships, all working to demonstrate the power and agility of Zscaler cloud transformation.
Responsibilities
Processing and tracking security clearance investigations, including assisting new employees with completing eApp, SF-86 forms via NBIS
Conducting security briefings, debriefings, and awareness training for personnel, including updates on Insider Threat, Espionage, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), and International Travel Training
Executing and overseeing compliance with SEAD-3 reporting requirements
Managing outgoing visit requests and certifications using the Defense Information System for Security (DISS)
Assisting with facility reviews, inspections, and self-assessments to ensure adherence to security regulations
What We’re Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)
3+ years of AFSO or FSO experience
Completion of applicable DCSA training and FSO courses, including required training from STEPP
Minimum DoD Secret Clearance; ability to obtain a TS level clearance
Experience in NISP implementation and NISPOM requirements. Proven experience in all aspects of the security disciplines including personnel, physical, operations, industrial, communications, and information. Experience with communications security (COMSEC) is a plus
Ability to interpret and implement security policy, provide guidance, and assist company personnel
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with government systems of record, including DISS, NBIS, and NISS
Experience updating and maintaining annual security processes and procedures and knowledge of government forms such as DD Form 254, SF-328 and SF-312
Experience with DOE clearances and processes
Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/bonus/equity (if applicable) + benefits. Base Pay Range: $122,500 - $175,000 USD.
