Responsibilities
Partner with product managers to shape product strategy with a focus on impactful solutions
Lead technical architecture discussions and implement scalable solutions that align with business goals
Design and implement systems that balance immediate needs with long-term scalability
Drive engineering excellence through mentorship, code reviews, and fostering continuous improvement
Design and implement AI-powered features to enhance clinical workflows and improve patient care delivery
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on engineering experience in fast-paced startup environments
Proven track record of shipping complex features end-to-end
Strong product intuition with the ability to challenge requirements when necessary
Deep expertise in modern frontend frameworks (React preferred) and NodeJS backend development
Experience building and shipping LLM-based features in production environments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with advanced React, state management, and performance optimization
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (GCP) and CI/CD pipelines
Interest or experience with mobile development using React Native
Strong understanding of database design and optimization (PostgreSQL)
Leadership potential demonstrated through mentorship and team contributions
