Senior Analyst, Experience Development
with the Celebrity Cruises Product Development team. This full-time onsite role is based in Miami.
Overview The Sr. Analyst supports the execution of guest experience initiatives, shaping the future of Celebrity Cruises by transforming product vision into high-quality, guest-centric journeys. The role partners with cross-functional teams to define and deliver innovative concepts across ships and/or destinations — ensuring every sensory touchpoint is seamless, intuitive, and aligned with the brand’s promise. The position involves day-to-day development, execution, and delivery of new concepts, experiences, activities, programs, and excursions for Celebrity Cruises. The Senior Analyst helps create a seamless, thoughtful guest journey and collaborates across teams to execute touchpoints that address guest needs across sight, sound, taste, scent, and touch.
Responsibilities
Assist in turning approved concept strategies and business cases into detailed, actionable plans and drive cross-functional execution toward the vision.
Support creation of guest experience briefs and playbooks to outline the guest journey and key components; apply creative thinking, storytelling, attention to detail, and data-driven approaches.
Provide updates to leadership and partners on project status, clarifying requirements and maintaining alignment on vision and progress.
Partner with cross-functional teams to define requirements to deliver the ambition and ensure needs are accounted for throughout development and execution.
Assess operational, technical, and financial feasibility with partners; identify solutions, drive materials for alignment, and balance experience with operations and business needs.
Identify opportunities throughout development to advance products.
Lead documentation, review, and approvals of briefs and supporting materials.
Deliver to the project management framework: communicate changes or priority shifts to cross-functional teams and keep management informed with proactive check-ins.
Collaborate with operations and design teams on run-of-show events to ensure guest experience aligns with the product vision.
Coordinate with Marketing, Public Relations, and Revenue Management to keep brand communications and systems up to date.
Establish startup plans and training materials to ensure concept execution onboard ships.
Develop training materials, SOPs, or playbooks to ensure reliable onboard execution of each concept/experience.
Ensure onboard and onshore delivery is consistent with the product vision and playbooks.
Lead post-delivery audits and monitoring of new products and experiences to ensure standards are met and improvements identified.
Maintain consistency of product standards, practices, and experience design guidelines across the brand.
Define success criteria for products and experiences and coordinate post-delivery audits using metrics and KPIs. Willingness to travel up to 20% of time onboard ships or in shipyards.
Support the process and governance for guest-facing product changes in line with Operational Excellence standards for Product Development.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills
Minimum 2 to 3 years in a product, design, marketing, or similar role
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree a plus
Experience with Architects/Designers/Creative & Innovation Consultants a plus
Experience in the travel industry a plus
Proven track record in fast-paced environments with demanding timelines
Experience developing products driven by consumer insights
Strong cross-functional communication across a wide ecosystem of partners
Excellent verbal and written communication and project/program leadership skills
Ability to assemble and lead cross-functional teams to execute a vision
Ability to craft and tell a compelling story for partners
Ability to document and package detailed operational requirements and experiences
Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
Self-starter who can collaborate and achieve results through others
Creative problem solving and proactive initiative
Willing to travel up to 20-30% of the time
