Job Description Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in EOIR proceedings (Master and Individual Hearings) Conduct client consultations and strategy sessions Prepare and review I-589, I-485, I-601, I-130, and related filings Draft legal briefs, motions to reopen, motions to terminate, and BIA appeals Appear at USCIS interviews and conduct follow-up Manage support staff and delegate assignments to paralegals Review and approve work product before submission Coordinate with clients, family members, and third-party experts Travel for court appearances as needed (local and out-of-state) Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school Member in good standing of any U.S. state bar (Florida preferred) 1–3 years of experience in immigration law preferred Spanish fluency required (spoken and written) Experience handling EOIR cases, asylum, cancellation of removal, waivers, and motions practice Exceptional legal writing, organizational, and time-management skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple deadlines Comfortable with in-office expectations and occasional travel Company Description
