Overview
Intuit is seeking Bilingual Spanish Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you. What You Will Do
In this role, you will help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. You will provide tax advice, perform full service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries to support our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.” You will utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language. This is a virtual, customer-facing role, so you will interact with customers via our video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records. Who You Are
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software. Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws; active PTIN. Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken). Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation and committed to delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes. Excellent customer service skills and comfort interacting with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner. What You Need
Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria (must have or be willing to obtain). Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days. Compensation
Intuit offers a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance approach. The base pay ranges by location as follows: Bay Area California: $28.80 - $36.50 Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50 Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80 Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50 Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80 Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80 Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50 Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30 New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50 New York: $28.80 - $36.50 Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30 Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80 Washington: $28.80 - $36.50 Washington DC: $28.80 - $36.50 Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
