Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries. Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language. Operate in a virtual, customer-facing role using video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records. Who You Are
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns with commercial tax preparation software. Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and active PTIN. Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken). Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation and empowering customers to prepare their taxes. Excellent customer service skills and comfort interacting with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner. What You Need
Must have (or be willing to obtain) internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria. Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days. Salary ranges are location-based. For example: Bay Area California $28.80 - $36.50; Southern California $28.80 - $36.50; Colorado $27.50 - $34.80; Hawaii $28.80 - $36.50; Illinois $27.50 - $34.80; Maryland $27.50 - $34.80; Massachusetts $28.80 - $36.50; Minnesota $24.80 - $30.30; New Jersey $28.80 - $36.50; New York $28.80 - $36.50; Ohio $24.80 - $30.30; Vermont $27.50 - $34.80; Washington $28.80 - $36.50; Washington DC $28.80 - $36.50.
