Amiseq is seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive new business acquisition across strategic industries. This role is ideal for a strategic hunter with a strong background in enterprise software sales and a proven ability to penetrate new markets and build C-level relationships. Key Responsibilities
Own and grow high-value enterprise accounts, ensuring consistent revenue growth across geographies. Develop and execute account strategies tailored to client business objectives. Serve as the trusted advisor to client executives, fostering long-term partnerships. Identify and drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities across service towers. Collaborate with delivery, recruiting, and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction. Lead quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients. Monitor account health, performance, and profitability. Qualifications
5–10 years of relevant sales experience in the software industry; experience of running at least $5M revenue quota. Experience in Bio Tech/Bio Sciences & High-Tech giants in Bay Area. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus. Experience with dual shore delivery models. Excellent relationship-building, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills. High emotional maturity, executive presence, and a hands-on leadership style. Compensation and Benefits
Base pay range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year Salary Range: $80K - $110K per annum plus lucrative commissions. Full-time: Multiple openings for this role Amiseq is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
