Solutions Engineer

with deep expertise in

Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), AEM Assets, Digital Rights Manager, and Digital Asset Management (DAM)

to support mission-critical initiatives within the U.S. Intelligence Community (IC). This is an onsite role based in the

National Capital Region (NCR) , requiring U.S. citizenship and an

active security clearance . You will work directly with cleared government teams to design, implement, and optimize secure, high-performance digital content platforms that support national security objectives. You’ll join an elite, multinational consulting team known for delivering

Adobe Certified Expert

in AEM, AEM Forms and related components, with proven experience designing, configuring, and deploying enterprise-grade DAM, asset workflows, and rights management solutions in secure environments. Role Description

You will work alongside other cleared engineers, architects, and program managers to: Translate mission requirements into technical solutions using AEM Sites, AEM Assets, AEM Forms, Digital Rights Manager, and DAM best practices. Engineer secure, high-availability platforms that comply with IC security policies, STIGs, and accreditation requirements. Integrate Adobe solutions with existing IC enterprise systems while maintaining strict governance over digital rights and asset usage. Develop custom components, templates, and workflows in AEM using Java, Sling, OSGi, and HTL. Build and style AEM front-end experiences with HTML5, CSS3, SASS, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and TypeScript. Integrate AEM with external systems via RESTful APIs, GraphQL, JSON, and XML. Implement metadata governance, digital rights enforcement, and automated workflows for content ingestion, tagging, and publication. Support classified workflows for ingest, metadata tagging, governance, and controlled distribution of sensitive digital content. Provide technical pre-sales support in proposal development, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept builds. Responsibilities

Design, configure, deploy, and manage AEM Sites, AEM Assets, AEM Forms, and Digital Rights Manager within classified networks. Implement secure DAM architectures supporting metadata governance, access control, and digital rights enforcement. Configure automated asset workflows for content ingestion, metadata enrichment, versioning, and publication to multiple channels. Develop and style front-end experiences using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and TypeScript, ensuring Section 508 compliance. Integrate AEM solutions with external enterprise systems via RESTful APIs, GraphQL, JSON, and XML, using IC-compliant authentication protocols (OAuth2, SAML, JWT). Collaborate with Adobe, internal LCG teams, and IC stakeholders to optimize performance, scalability, and security posture. Support pre-sales engineering and solution architecture input for new opportunities within the IC space. Create documentation, SOPs, and training for cleared administrators and content managers. Active U.S. security clearance (TS/SCI or higher preferred). U.S. citizenship. 2+ years of experience implementing Adobe Experience Manager solutions, including Sites, Assets, Forms, DRM, and DAM integrations. Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) or equivalent in AEM Sites and AEM Assets, or willing to get the certification within 120 days of starting. Demonstrated experience in secure, classified environments with strict compliance requirements. Strong understanding of digital rights management, metadata schemas, and content governance in a DAM context. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage directly with cleared government stakeholders and present technical solutions. Preferred Candidates
