As a Senior Manager in EY’s Managed Services team focused on Salesforce and Digital Applications, you will lead the delivery of large-scale digital transformation initiatives leveraging Salesforce and other cloud-based platforms. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing solution design and implementation, and driving innovation across digital ecosystems. This role is ideal for professionals with deep experience in Salesforce, cloud technologies, and enterprise digital strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Client Delivery & Engagement Leadership: Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce and digital application engagements within EY’s Managed Services framework.
Solution Architecture & Innovation: Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions integrated with other enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP, Workday, Azure, AWS). Drive automation, AI/ML, and analytics embedded in digital workflows. Lead development of reusable assets, accelerators, and best practices for Salesforce delivery.
Team Leadership & Development: Manage cross-functional teams including developers, architects, analysts, and offshore delivery resources. Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration. Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and capability building across the Salesforce practice.
Managed Services Operations: Collaborate with EY’s global delivery centers to ensure seamless execution of managed services. Monitor and report on service performance, incident resolution, and enhancement requests. Implement governance models and operational playbooks for sustained service delivery.
Business Development & Practice Growth: Support go-to-market strategy for Salesforce and digital services within Managed Services. Lead proposal development, solutioning, and client presentations. Contribute to thought leadership, industry events, and EY’s digital community.
To qualify for the role, you must have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
10–12 years of experience in Salesforce and digital application delivery.
Proven track record of leading large-scale Salesforce implementations and integrations.
Experience in managed services or long-term service delivery models.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, APIs, and security.
Preferred
Master’s degree or MBA.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, Admin, Developer).
Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices.
Familiarity with other digital platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Adobe Experience Manager, Microsoft Power Platform).

Competitive compensation and benefits package. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $151,500 to $346,000. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $181,800 to $393,200. Salaries are determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. Our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
Hybrid work model with most client-facing roles expected to work in person 40-60% of the time on engagements.
