Up to 20% travel to Corporate office as needed. Objective of the Position

The BSA and Fraud Quality Control Analyst is responsible for ensuring the Bank’s compliance with all applicable aspects of the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Fraud regulations. This role conducts comprehensive quality control reviews across all BSA and Fraud functions, ensuring procedures and regulatory requirements are consistently met. The analyst supports the development and execution of quality initiatives, identifies trends, and assists in audits and examinations. Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct quality control reviews of BSA/AML and Fraud deliverables, including Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs), Alerts, Currency Transaction Report (CTR) exemptions, and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) Reviews. Identify trends and prepare analysis for management review. Complete and maintain reports related to quality control activities and findings. Ensure all findings are documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders. Assist in developing and executing quality control initiatives to enhance compliance and operational efficiency. Collaborate with management to drive execution of new quality control initiatives and enhancements. Maintain a strong working knowledge of BSA/AML and Fraud internal policies and procedures. Support audits and regulatory examinations by collecting and providing required data and documentation. Communicate findings and issues with management. All other duties as assigned. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. 3+ years of banking experience with knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act regulatory requirements and/or other program related compliance functions; General compliance or operational work related to BSA elements to be considered. Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) designation is highly desired, and if not already attained, will be a requirement within a reasonable period of time from starting date depending on examination availability/scheduling. Strong understanding of BSA compliance principles and practices. Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels. Self-motivated with strong time and project management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to research and resolve issues. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Physical Demands / Work Environment

Usual office environment with frequent sitting, walking, and standing, and occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and balancing. Frequent use of eye, hand, and finger coordination enabling the use of office equipment. Oral and auditory capacity enabling interpersonal communication as well as communication through automated devices. Byline Bank supports a hybrid work environment for this position, with remote work and in-office days as needed. Specific in-office days may vary and will be discussed during the interview process. Compensation & Benefits

Byline Bank offers competitive salary ranges and benefits, including medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, paid time off, and more. The salary range for this position is between $61,000 and $84,000. Compensation may include discretionary bonuses and other benefit programs depending on role, location, and experience.
