Experienced Contracts Procurement Agent (Level 3)

to join the team in

Seattle, WA . This position will focus on supporting

Boeing Global Services (BGS) Commercial Training Solutions . Position Responsibilities

Negotiate and execute supply chain agreements in support of Commercial Training Solutions Services. Collaborate with other internal teams to gain process efficiencies and meet the needs of our internal and external customers’ requirements. Demonstrate strong business acumen, communication and problem solving skills. Engage proactively with various disciplines and program stakeholders. Support sourcing strategies, negotiations, and documentation of contracts and agreements. Follow Boeing procurement processes to issue purchase orders to suppliers for parts and services. Gather data for supplier performance evaluation and improvement opportunities. Support pricing and lead-time negotiations for services. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

6+ years of related work experience in supplier management or supply chain management. 6+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word). 6+ years of experience in roles requiring strong interpersonal and communication skills. 6+ years of experience leading managing projects. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed. Experience interacting directly with suppliers regarding contract requirements and/or proposals. Proactive engagement with various disciplines and program stakeholders. Supports the sourcing strategies, negotiations and documentation of contracts and agreements. Gathers data for supplier performance evaluation and improvement opportunities. Collaboration with other internal teams to gain process efficiencies and meet the needs of internal and external customers’ requirements. Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience)

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field. Experience with basic ERP system functionality, SAP or similar tool. Other Information

Total Rewards & Pay Transparency: Boeing offers a Total Rewards package with competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities; benefits may include health insurance, retirement plans, and paid/unpaid time away, subject to eligibility and location. Summary pay range: $66,000 - $94,000. Applications will be accepted until Oct. 14, 2025. Export Control Requirements: A U.S. Person is required.
