What You’ll Be Responsible For
Design and help customers implement complex and business-critical solutions. Execute solution validation processes across the entire customer lifecycle, partnering with prospects and clients from discovery through post-sales support and implementation. Develop customized PoCs, solution diagrams, implementation plans and reviews that articulate the value of Circle’s technology. Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide market feedback and analysis to influence the product roadmap. Set the foundation for long-term customer relationships leveraging Circle’s technology and future innovation to grow their business. Partner with sales executives to own all technical aspects of prospective client engagements. Lead technical discovery calls, capture requirements, feature requests, and design elements. Explain and demonstrate Circle's products to prospective clients to craft solutions that meet their requirements. Design technical client solutions and navigate product gaps in cross-functional collaboration to unlock deals. Work with product, design and engineering to prioritize high-impact feature requests, implementation audits and deployment verifications. Engage with partner managers to manage technical aspects of client engagements post-sales. Gather market feedback and share with internal stakeholders, including product and engineering. Build and maintain internal and ecosystem knowledge bases about current and future products and Web3 technology advancements. Consult with internal and external stakeholders about Circle’s products and solutions. Serve as a subject matter expert on nuances of different blockchain ecosystems. What You’ll Bring To Circle
5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solution Architect, Pre-Sales Consultant, Product Manager, or similar at a B2B SaaS organization. Ability to simplify complex topics and structure solutions in clear, comprehensive terms. Excellent communication, storytelling and presentation skills at multiple levels of the organization. Strong generalist problem-solver with creative, cross-functional collaboration skills. Customer-centric mindset and a reliable cross-functional partner for sales, client success and product executives. Track record of scoping, designing and validating technical solutions for large enterprise organizations. Hands-on experience testing APIs, querying databases, drafting technical flow charts, and using developer tools. Experience working with developers on implementing, integrating and building SaaS-based products. Strong interest in blockchain solutions; fintech background preferred. Entrepreneurial drive, fast-paced collaboration, and ability to help clients thrive. Occasional travel may be required. Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and Mac environments preferred. Starting pay is determined by factors including relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business needs. Compensation ranges may differ by location.
