Job Summary The Content & Social Marketing Lead is responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing content that supports inbound lead generation, outbound campaigns, social media, SEO, and sales enablement. This person will oversee monthly content planning and execution across blogs, gated assets, checklists, and landing pages, while leading AllianceHCM’s social strategy across both paid and organic channels.

This role requires someone who is both creative and analytical, able to create high-quality content while considering its fit within the broader campaign structure. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-directed, and collaborative, with a proven ability to coordinate with marketing, sales, and vendors to meet deadlines and deliver assets that perform.

Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Strategy

Plan and create monthly content aligned to personas and pain points

Write blogs, checklists, guides, and gated assets for use in nurture, outbound, and paid campaigns

Optimize all content for SEO, readability, and conversion

Social Media Management

Own strategy and execution across organic and paid social channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)

Post persona-specific content that aligns with vertical campaigns and demand gen efforts

Monitor performance and adjust based on engagement data

Website & SEO Support

Build and optimize vertical landing pages, especially for multi-location restaurants

Maintain keyword strategy, interlinking, and content updates to drive inbound traffic

Work closely with the web team and SEO to continuously improve performance

Campaign Support

Collaborate with Marketing Ops and Sales on content for outbound, drip, and retargeting campaigns

Provide content assets that align with funnel stages and campaign goals

Maintain consistency in tone, voice, and messaging across assets

Cross-Channel Coordination

Support tradeshow and association marketing efforts with campaign-aligned content

Ensure message consistency across social, web, email, and sales enablement materials

Collaborate across internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely content delivery

Performance Tracking

Report on content and social performance: traffic, engagement, conversions, and pipeline influence

Identify top-performing themes and formats to replicate and expand

Contribute to monthly and quarterly marketing performance reviews

Experience & Skills Required

3–5 years of experience in B2B content marketing, preferably in SaaS, HR tech, or finance/payroll

Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics

Highly detail-oriented and organized with strong project management abilities

Technically capable; comfortable working in content platforms and marketing automation tools

Proficient with SEO best practices and performance-based content

Experience managing social media platforms and paid social campaigns

Tools preferred: WordPress, Pardot, Salesforce, Buffer, Monday.com, SEMrush, Looker Studio

Bonus Experience

Experience in marketing to franchise, restaurant, or hospitality brands

Background in demand generation or campaign execution

Familiarity with webinar content or client success stories
