The Senior Director, Agentic AI Intelligence Solutions will launch and scale a boutique consultancy dedicated to agent-based AI strategy, value realization, and enterprise transformation. The mandate is to build a $10M-$15M practice within three years that consistently drives a 5x ARR multiplier for every $1 of consulting sold. The role will focus on creating differentiated offerings for Retail, Grocery, and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) clients, helping them accelerate adoption of Agentic AI while capturing measurable business value at speed.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Growth: Define and execute the Agentic AI consulting strategy with a vertical focus on Retail, Grocers, and CPG. Partner with Sales to build a strong pipeline targeting average deal sizes of $300K-$500K and win rate above 35%. Establish the practice as a go-to executive advisory partner for leaders seeking to transform supply chain, merchandising, marketing, and store operations with AI.

Offerings & Asset Development: Develop a portfolio of offerings tailored for Retail/CPG, including Agentic AI strategy and value assessments; data readiness and AI adoption roadmaps; CINDE solution playbooks for demand planning, personalization, store optimization, and supply chain visibility; governance frameworks; embed value realization models quantifying impact on revenue, margin, and operational efficiency; build speed-to-value playbooks; deliver at least 2 reusable assets per quarter tied to Retail and CPG scenarios.

Client Engagement & Delivery: Lead executive workshops and roadmap sessions with Retail and CPG clients, linking AI investments to measurable business outcomes; ensure engagements deliver rapid, tangible value aligned to revenue growth, customer experience, and operational KPIs; establish governance and delivery models balancing enterprise discipline with fast innovation cycles.

Team & Operations: Build and lead a high-performance team of 5 consultants and 5 associates with sector expertise in Retail and CPG; mentor team members to become trusted advisors delivering fast-turn assessments, AI adoption roadmaps, and measurable impact; implement operational practices that ensure speed, quality, and scalability of delivery across multiple clients.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Revenue: $10M-$15M consultancy in 3 years.

Win rate > 35%; average deal size $300K-$500K.

5x ARR multiplier from consulting engagements.

2 reusable Retail/CPG assets per quarter (frameworks, accelerators, playbooks).

Time-to-value reduced by 30-40% across all client programs.

NPS > 70 with marquee Retail/CPG client references.

Qualifications

12+ years in consulting/technology, with experience building and scaling practices.

Deep expertise in Agentic AI, LLMs, orchestration frameworks, and enterprise AI adoption.

Strong understanding of Retail, Grocery, and CPG operations: supply chain, merchandising, personalization, store execution, and customer engagement.

Proven success in value realization consulting and accelerated roadmap delivery in Retail/CPG contexts.

Strong commercial acumen with track record of deal shaping, executive engagement, and ARR growth.
