In this role, you'll be a key player in ensuring our financial operations run smoothly, supporting our sales and management teams, and contributing to the continued growth of our agency. Responsibilities
Prepare and post journal entries; maintain the general ledger Process invoices, expense reports, and payments with accuracy and timeliness Reconcile monthly bank and credit card statements Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and tracking cash flow Generate financial statements and custom reports for leadership Collaborate with our accounting partners during audits and year-end close Maintain organized, compliant, and up-to-date financial records Qualifications
5+ years of professional bookkeeping or accounting experience Experience with Sage Intacct or a similar ERP Experience in the manufacturing industry Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting best practices Why Join
