Overview
Manager Consolidations & Financial Reporting role at Medline Industries, LP. Oversee the monthly global close, consolidation, and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of deliverables for internal and external stakeholders. Manage a team of consolidation accounting professionals, drive improvements in consolidation processes and controls, and support system enhancements within Oracle FCCS ensuring GAAP compliance. Responsibilities
Manage the monthly close and reporting of global financial results in Oracle FCCS, including intercompany transaction review and resolution, preparation and review of topside adjustments, detailed review of consolidated balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, and adjusted EBITDA, and presentation and explanation of results to upper management. Lead the implementation of control and process improvements for global consolidation and financial reporting, as well as IT enhancements for Oracle FCCS. Evaluate impacts of new accounting and reporting rules. Manage a team of 2 Consolidation accounting professionals. Oversee GAAP to management and non-GAAP reconciliations, including reporting to senior leadership and other stakeholders. Ensure high-quality standards in financial reporting. Lead large-scale projects to implement process improvements for global close and financial reporting. Collaborate cross-functionally to manage change and enhance stakeholder communications. Support new business initiatives, system integrations, Oracle FCCS IT enhancements, M&A activity, and other major change management impacting financial statements and related systems. Minimum Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree At least 5 years of accounting experience Experience coaching, mentoring and training staff Experience applying advanced accounting practices and systems Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., formulas, data analysis, pivot tables) Preferred Job Requirements
Master’s degree in accounting is strongly preferred CPA strongly preferred Experience leading change management and projects At least 2 years focused on financial reporting and consolidations At least 2 years’ experience with a Consolidations system (Hyperion, Oracle EPM) Salary & Benefits
Anticipated salary range: $110,240.00 - $165,360.00 annual. The actual salary will vary based on location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus/incentive eligible.
