This is an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Senior Director who will work in close partnership with the Human Resources Function and St. Louis Manufacturing Operations leaders to ensure programs and processes are aligned with business strategies and HR priorities. The role will advise and coach leaders while providing leadership on HR matters related to staffing, talent/performance management, employee and labor relations, organizational design, benefits/compensation programs, and diversity/equity/inclusion programs. Job Responsibilities

Develop and action strategic workforce initiatives across Organizational Effectiveness, Workforce Planning, Performance Management Processes, Total Rewards, and Talent Development. Partner closely with Centers of Excellence to localize and deploy current HR programs such as talent management, annual employee engagement surveys, and rewards & recognition programs. Serve as a key member of the site leadership team and coach supervisors and managers on effective employee and labor relations practices. Liaise with union representatives, administer the collective bargaining agreement (CBA), and support grievance resolution and contract negotiations. Foster a positive work environment through engagement and conflict resolution. Ensure adherence to policies and procedures, and federal, state, and local employment laws for Kindeva’s St. Louis manufacturing sites. Encourage a workplace environment that values teamwork, collaboration, and employee contributions; develop strategies to drive engagement. Motivate team performance and professional development, develop skilled managers and mentors, and manage onboarding and offboarding processes. Lead and develop the HR function while managing direct reports to deliver positive outcomes and behaviors. Respond to and investigate employee complaints and conflicts, working closely with involved parties. Lead and support cross-functional work streams to drive positive outcomes. Other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications

10+ years as an HR business partner with experience engaging with site and corporate leadership teams. HR management in a manufacturing environment required. HR management in a union environment strongly preferred. Proven ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders. Experience creating a solid HR operational platform responsive to organizational needs and delivering stakeholder consultation and customer service in a changing environment. Solid knowledge of best practices across HR functions: employment/labor relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, compensation, performance management, learning and development, HRIS, and project management. Ability to provide guidance to internal clients with creative problem-solving applied to diverse situations. Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
