We are assisting a leading global provider of mission-critical infrastructure in the search for an HR Business Partner to support their engineering, construction, and telecommunications business unit. This is a strategic HR role reporting to the VP of HR. Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders on talent management, workforce planning, and employee relations. Drive engagement, retention, and career development initiatives. Lead recruitment efforts and support recruiting team. Provide HR guidance on performance management, succession planning, and compliance. Analyze HR metrics to support data-driven business decisions. Qualifications
7+ years progressive HR experience in engineering, construction, or telecom environments. Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development. Strong business acumen and strategic HR skills. HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP). Offer & Benefits
