Blackbook Properties is a Miami-based real estate brokerage specializing in Miami's best neighborhoods, including Edgewater, Downtown Miami, Brickell and the beaches, from South Beach, Miami Beach, Surfside to Sunny Isles Beach and north into Fort Lauderdale. Innovate to offer clients things they didn’t even know were possible to make their buying and selling process as simple and enjoyable as possible.
Role Looking for Agents in the following areas:
Miami
Fort Lauderdale / Hollywood / Hallandale
Aventura / Sunny Isles
Palm Beach
Deerfield Beach / Hillsboro / Pompano
Responsibilities (What you will do)
Showcase and sell luxury properties to high-net-worth buyers.
Master client relationships by understanding their needs, lifestyle, and investment goals.
Stay ahead of the market—learn about the best properties, pre-construction opportunities, and luxury trends.
Make daily calls to prospective clients and actively build your book of business.
Leverage our CRM system to stay organized, nurture leads, and grow your sphere.
Ideal Profile / Qualifications
Organized
Positive, happy attitude
Great at connecting with people and winning their confidence
Comfortable learning and managing new web-and-phone-related productivity tools
Always looking your absolute best
Flexible to show properties when clients need
On call to work 6 days a week
Valid & Active Florida Real Estate License to apply
At least 1 year of experience in Inside Sales / Sales Development / Sales / Relationship Manager, ideally within Real Estate
Strong team player with multi-stakeholder management
Strong networker & relationship builder
Highly goal-driven and able to work in fast-paced environments
Experience / Specializations (Nice to have)
Experience with High-End Waterfront Properties and market knowledge
High-Net-Worth client relations with concierge-level service
Negotiation & deal-making in luxury transactions
Global & multicultural mindset; multilingual skills helpful
Tech-savvy; proficient in CRM systems (FollowUp Boss, Salesforce), G-Suite
Extra advantage: bilingual in Portuguese, French, Italian, Arabic, or Turkish
