The company was carved out from Carrier’s Fire & Security business in July 2024 and is privately held under Sentinel Capital Partners. Key Responsibilities

Report to the Global Controller and help steer the accounting activities for the business; collaborate with the CEO, CFO, Controller, Treasurer, Directors of Tax and Financial Planning, and divisional CFOs Manage US GAAP accounting policies, maintain financial reporting integrity, and support stakeholders with strong financial management Lead the monthly consolidation process and prepare consolidated financial statements Ensure an effective monthly close and support year-end audit Develop, implement, and maintain consistent accounting policies, controls, and reporting guidelines in line with US GAAP Lead the corporate accounting team for corporate entities and US operations of Spectrum’s foreign businesses Support annual balance sheet review, train business unit teams on financial analysis and reconciliation practices Assist with merger and acquisition activities and related purchase accounting Provide back-up coverage for Controller and other accounting/finance functions as needed Key Tasks

Lead monthly consolidation, ensure timely financial statements under US GAAP, and oversee intercompany reconciliations Analyze financial statements for discrepancies; support Controller and CFO on financial matters Develop and update standardized accounting policies and documentation Identify and implement process improvements and automation to enhance reporting and internal controls Participate in the annual audit and ensure consistency with US GAAP; prepare consolidated cash flow statement Document accounting issues for GAAP compliance Contribute to strategic projects and provide ad hoc data/analysis as requested Key Traits

Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; CPA preferred 8+ years of accounting/finance experience with global companies, including 3+ years with a large international or US audit firm Strong US GAAP knowledge; exposure to IFRS preferred; ability to prepare consolidated financial statements Experience with a financial consolidation package; strong Microsoft Excel skills Travel Requirements
