Commercial Real Estate Leasing & Sales Associate

to join our highly active team in the North Bay. This is a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, commission-only sales role for a motivated professional eager to build a book of business, represent clients, and close deals. Benefits & Why Join

Experience: 2–5+ years of commercial real estate leasing and/or sales experience (office, industrial, retail, or investment sales). Technical Skills: Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets (basic financial modeling and analysis). Familiarity with CAR/AIR CRE forms and transaction process. Experience with CoStar, LoopNet, or similar platforms (preferred). Ability to generate marketing with multiple social media platforms. Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Confident, professional, and organized with excellent follow-through. Entrepreneurial mindset – eager to prospect, learn, and close deals. Other: Must have reliable transportation to tour properties throughout Marin, and surrounding counties. Personal laptop and smartphone required. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Business Development: Conduct daily outreach to property owners, tenants, and investors via phone, email, and in-person canvassing. Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities through consistent follow-up and relationship-building. Network at industry events, chamber of commerce meetings, and local business gatherings to generate leads. Client Representation: Represent landlords and tenants in lease and sale negotiations for office, retail, industrial, and land properties. Show properties to prospective clients and tour them through available spaces. Prepare and present marketing materials, offering memoranda, and proposals. Transaction Management: Draft, review, and negotiate CAR and AIR CRE forms, Proposals to Purchase or Lease, and contracts. Coordinate due diligence, inspections, and timelines to ensure smooth closings. Track transactions from listing to close with attention to deadlines and details. Market Knowledge & Analysis: Research and analyze property data, lease comps, and market trends using CoStar and other online platforms. Prepare spreadsheets and financial analyses (cash flow, cap rates, pro forma) to advise clients. Monitor new listings, zoning changes, and development activity in the North Bay market. Work closely with our experienced team of brokers to share information and strategies. Provide regular updates to clients and internal team on listing activity, offers, and market feedback.
