Associate Commercial Real Estate Agent
to join our team and build a rewarding career in commercial real estate (CRE). Position Overview
As an Associate Commercial Real Estate Agent, you will support senior brokers in client service, market research, and transaction management while developing your own client base. This role is ideal for a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is eager to learn the business from the ground up. Key Responsibilities
Assist senior agents in managing active listings, lease negotiations, and property tours. Conduct market research, analyze trends, and prepare comparative market analyses. Develop and maintain a database of prospects, property owners, and tenants. Prospect new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and marketing campaigns. Prepare proposals, marketing materials, and financial analyses for client presentations. Manage transaction timelines, due diligence, and client communication. Attend industry events, networking functions, and client meetings. Work toward generating your own pipeline of deals and long-term client relationships. Qualifications
Active Real Estate Salesperson or Broker license (or ability to obtain). Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred. 1–2 years of professional experience in sales, real estate, or business development (internship experience considered). Strong written and oral communication. Solid negotiation and interpersonal skills. Highly motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems and CoStar/LoopNet a plus. Medical Sales experience a plus. What We Offer
