Manager, Strategy & Analytics

to drive the planning and execution of integrated influencer marketing initiatives, with a focus on delivering innovative always-on and campaign strategy, as well as competitive and category insights. This role identifies and drives client-growth opportunities while fostering thinking that helps deliver on clients' business goals. This role works directly with clients to help define goals, realize success metrics, and develop and activate strategies in collaboration with our agency’s Creator Management, Client Solutions, and Creative teams.

On a typical day you can expect to

Partner with your Strategy & Analytics (S&A) manager and team members, Client Solutions leads, as well as Creative and Creator Management peers to develop and drive insight-driven strategies for select accounts in the CPG space

Ensure the account media plan, messaging and measurement approach aligns with the account strategy and the client’s business goals

Present data-driven strategic approaches to the client, align KPIs, secure client buy-in, and implement plans to achieve business outcomes

Interpret and present campaign data, providing recommended adjustments and optimizations leading to improved performance and brand/client success

Provide sound business justifications for further strategic investments in influencer marketing based on market trends, audience insights, past campaign data, and experience

Lead the campaign recap process by translating campaign data into actionable insights and future optimizations across audience targeting, creative, planning, and media

This specific role will require

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

5+ years agency experience in omnichannel marketing, influencer marketing, media buying/planning, and/or strategy/analytics roles

Experience in-house or at an agency working on digital marketing, influencer and/or social media for CPG brands is a major plus

Knowledge of major social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Pinterest; experience with X/Twitter, Snapchat, and Reddit is a plus but not required

Client-service-focused strategist with a proactive, positive attitude and strong work ethic, in a fast-paced environment

Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate and apply strategic thinking

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and Google Suite

2-3+ years of experience with influencer marketing platforms (e.g., Traackr, Sprout Social/Tagger, Radius) and comfort pulling and analyzing creator, campaign, and competitive data

Experience constructing Boolean queries and using social listening tools (e.g., QUID/Netbase, Brandwatch, Infegy) to analyze mentions, sentiment, consumer cohorts, and trends

Knowledge of leveraging social content data and providing actionable insights and recommendations on content strategies

A proven track record of managing workload and proactive stakeholder communication

Bonus points

Proven success developing and implementing innovative and ROI-focused ideas

Experience working with senior-level clients and internal portfolio teams

Proficiency in media planning and/or syndicated research tools (YouGov, GWI, Helixa, Simmons)

Experience with survey design and quantitative survey analysis for audience segmentation and insights

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment

Salary $100K - $115K
